It happened again today — a patient could not afford a huge copay for a compression bandage, thanks to the fine print of his Medicare Advantage plan. If he had regular Medicare, the cost would be about $25.00. These and other pressures will change the course of outpatient wound care.

Who in our legislature is involved with healthcare that is actually focusing on healthcare as opposed to profits? As long as this debate goes on it is similar to two male dogs in the same room-not functional. The overall cost to the public is well over the worlds costs and less effective……
