Check out this amazing new column in Today’s Wound Clinic called “How I Treat….”! The first article is about a unique approach to treating Hidradenitis Suppurativa by Dr. James Stillerman. Jim has an innovative approach to this horrible, refractory condition that can be done in the office (at least for stage 1 and stage 2 disease). It’s a brilliant idea, and I have never heard of it before.
Do you have an innovative approach to a difficult wound management problem? The door is open to clinicians of any persuasion so nurses, physical therapists, nutritionists and any other colleagues in the field – write up your approach following the “How I Treat” format and contact me! The TWC managing editor, Brian McCurdy, and I (as clinical editor) will review it! We love to learn new approaches to problems.
