(In the “cost measure” piloted by CMS, according to my field test report, I was held accountable for the CTP/skin sub charges of an NP who applied these products in the home over exposed bone, after a patient stopped coming to see me. The only thing that could make this situation WORSE is the wrong person being held accountable for these costs.)
