CMS has indeed delayed the implementation date for the Skin Substitute Grafts/ Cellular and Tissue-Based Products (CTP) for the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcers and Venous Leg Ulcers LCDs from 2/12/25 to 4/13/25. The policies on the CMS website are now “future effective.” The link above is as an example of one of the LCDs, and if you scroll to the end of the LCD, it will state the future effective date of 4/13/25. This applies to all of the MACs LCDs and Coding and Billing Articles.
