It happened again. L-arginine made me look foolish.
I told the patient’s husband I didn’t think we could get this bone deep pressure injury to close without surgery. I kept doing office debridements, we used negative pressure wound therapy and an anti-biofilm agent.
However, I am pretty sure it was providing L-arginine that made the difference. (I use both Juven and Arginaid.) It has taken 6-1/2 months to heal this, but I love being wrong about my predictions, thanks to L-arginine.
