“Epifix and Grafix are the only amniotic products covered. However, the rest of the policy is a list of non- covered products, Hence, if you are not on the list of non-covered products you are covered. For example, Omnigraft, IDRT, Bilayer integra are covered. This policy is not new and has been in effect for quite some time.”
