We rarely use it in our participants which are Medicare and Medicaid dual eligible beneficiaries. We are utilizing collagen induction therapy and biofilm modulation with oral adjuncts such as oral doxycycline 50mg bid/cilostazol/offloading for DFUs, and compression-pentoxifyline 100mg bid for VLUs; all leg ulcer participants get vascular screen with non invasive vascular studies/ABIs/PVRs/TBIs +/-ultrasound. Don’t see many of the other indications for HBOT.
