I cannot do wound care without skin perfusion pressure. My machine is broken. If I don’t have one, I can’t do what I do. The hospital says that because the other wound centers use ABI that I should, too. But I see the problems they can’t fix. There is a lot of other equipment that they can’t afford on the in-patient side. So, I will get a quote for the machine that I need, and I want to start a GoFundMe campaign for the machine I need. I have saved a lot of legs with this machine (and at least one life).
Any objections to my trying this?

Go for it Caroline! I have been in the same position but didn’t have the presence of mind to start a Go Fund Me site. Best of luck!

Get that quote for the skin perfusion pressure machine,Caroline! Will the hospital accept the donated equipment, or will it be yours to take wherever you need to treat wound care patients? I could see you using it for a medical mission in the future. Either way, John and I can’t donate a lot of money, but we will donate what we can. Plus, we will spread the word to our sister Robbin and our friends and family, as well as on Facebook and LinkedIn.
Thanks for all you do!
With love,
